FAQ’s

We assure a short turnaround time, resulting in reduced costs and timely arrival of documents. We can, at request, print and send documents via overnight mail, within the US. We also offer rush service, at an additional cost.

At request, we will retain copies of all original and translated documents for 90 days. Therefore, if you require multiple copies of a translated document, within that time, there is no need to go through the translation process again.

We will provide you with an estimate upon receiving & reviewing your documents and instructions. Generally, you will receive the quote within 24 hours. The estimate may change if your instructions change and/or you need additional services after we provide the estimate.

We accept documents in the following formats:

doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pdf, jpg.

A-TIL notarizes translated documents at request.

Notarized translation of personal documents may be required for:

Admission to a university (diploma, certificate)

Employment abroad (workbook, passport, birth certificate. license. driver’s license)

Marriage, etc. (Marriage certificate)

Business purposes, including, but not limited to:

Purchase and/or sale of real estate.

Purchase and/or sale of business.

Power of Attorney.

Business Contracts.
